Almost forgot to mention the afternoon's activity---a trip to the Graeter's Ice Cream Store where they make the incredible ice cream. I feel guilty admitting this, but between the four of us, we purchased 15 pints of ice cream during the Snyder's visit. NO, I didn't say we ate it all....the Browns were left with 7 half-eaten pints in the freezer. :)

As hard as it was to admit that Texas isn't the BEST at everything GREATER'S ice cream IS the BEST! We just had to try all of our available choices to make that final decision!
Too bad it costs a fortune to have it shipped to us- and yes we looked into that even before we left!
Besides we were working sooooooo hard we worked up an appitite!
